He holds a Sport and Recreation Management degree and a Business Diploma from the University of Regina, and focuses on strength, mobility, and long-term health through personalized training.

She offers one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, and youth dryland or personal training programs tailored to individual goals and experience levels.
