Stefan Shewfelt is a sports strength and conditioning coach specializing in performance development, injury prevention, and athletic longevity. He works with athletes to build strength, speed, and resilience through structured, evidence-based training programs.

Riley is a NASM Personal Trainer and co-owner of Shewy’s Fitness. He works with a variety of individuals, however primarily helps athletes increase speed, strength, power, and vertical’s. He is also pursuing a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in Human Kinetics.

Liv is a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in weightlifting and women’s health, with an inclusive approach to fitness. She is a fourth-year business student at the University of Regina, expected to graduate in 2027.

Sue Rollin helps women break free from food anxiety, find balance in busy lives, and build strong, confident bodies they feel proud of. She offers one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, and youth dryland or personal training programs tailored to individual goals and experience levels.

Francisco Trigoso is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over six years of experience specializing in functional training and performance coaching for adults and seniors. He holds a Sport and Recreation Management degree and a Business Diploma from the University of Regina, and focuses on strength, mobility, and long-term health through personalized training.
